Better Days is open to anyone who wants to stop or reduce substance use.
Addiction may be caused by many factors unique to an individual. We know it may be difficult to seek help. Whenever you are ready to make a change, we are here to support your recovery with respect and care.
We offer evidence-based, patient-centered care for many substances and related mental health problems. Effective treatment often combines counseling and medication. Contrary to popular belief, many can and do recover from addiction.
We focus on in person/face to face care in order to build strong therapeutic relationships. Telehealth options are also available in selective circumstances.
Most self-refer themselves. We are also pleased to accept referrals from your family physician or other provider.
